爆炸伤救治培训课程设计和培训中发现的问题

The course design of explosion injuries treatment and the problems found in the follow-up training

目的探讨爆炸伤救治培训课程的设计和实施中发现的问题。方法根据军队战伤救治卫勤救治链和爆炸伤伤员病情演变病理特点,我们设计了爆炸伤救治培训课程。采用巡回培训方式和理论授课、电视教学、实际案例分析和技能训练穿插进行的教学方法,于2019-09和2020-11先后进行了新疆呼图壁、甘肃兰州2站培训,通过课前课后讨论和测试评价培训效果。结果2站培训共培训学员272名,其中共有260名学员完成了课前测试并提交了有效答卷,204名学员完成课后测试并提交了有效答卷。课前测试学员成绩统计结果显示,大多数人(197人,占75.8%)成绩为不及格(60分以下)。课后测试学员成绩统计结果显示,105(占51.5%)名学员成绩介于60~80分之间,80分以上有52人(占25.5%),较培训前测试成绩有显著的提高,但仍有47人(占23%)成绩不及格。结论部队基层医务人员爆炸伤救治相关理论和技术严重缺乏,亟待加强爆炸伤救治培训。通过两站的爆炸伤救治培训,大多数学员对爆炸伤救治相关理论和技术的掌握都有较大的进步,但仍需进一步改善我们的教学内容和方法,使培训更有针对性,进一步提高培训效果。

Objective To explore the course design of explosion injuries treatment and the problems found in the training.Methods According to the medical treatment chain of military war wound care and the pathological characteristics of explosion injuries,a training course on explosion injuries treatment was designed.In September 2019 and November 2020,two training sessions were carried out in Hutubi,Xinjiang and Lanzhou,Gansu in formats of itinerant training,theoretical teaching,electrified education,case analysis and skill training.The training results were evaluated through pre-class and post-class discussions and tests.Results A total of 272 trainees were involved in the two training stations,of whom 260 completed the pre-class test and submitted valid answers,and of whom 204 completed the post-class test and submitted valid answers.The results of the pre-class test showed that most of the students(197,75.8%)failed(less than 60 points).The statistical results of the post-class test showed that 105(51.5%)students scored between 60~80 points,52(25.5%)scored over 80 points,which was significantly higher than that before training,but 47(23%)still failed.Conclusion There is a serious absence of theory and skills acquired to explosion injuries treatment among grass-root medical personnel,which calls for training imperatively.Through the explosion injuries treatment training carried out in the two stations,most students have made great progress in mastering the theories and skills,but further improvements on the teaching contents and methods are needed to make the training more targeted and effective.
