摘要
体外膜肺氧合(Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation,ECMO)作为严重心肺衰竭的支持手段,可有效降低患者的死亡率,为危重患者救治赢得时间。动物模型是研究ECMO最佳治疗方案和并发症防治策略的重要手段。大鼠具有来源广泛,价格低廉,实验结果可靠等优点,近年来利用大鼠ECMO模型进行的实验研究逐渐增多。本文就目前大鼠用ECMO的设备现状,模型制作以及应用方向进行综述,并对其未来的研究进行展望。
As a supporting therapy to severe cardiopulmonary failure,Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation(ECMO)can effectively reduce the mortality rate and gain time for the treatment of critically ill patients.The animal model is an important means to study the best treatment strategy and the prevention and treatment of ECMO complications.Thanks to its extensive sources,low price and reliable experimental results,rats have been widely used for ECMO related research in recent years.In this paper,the status quo of rat ECMO equipment,the building and application of the ECMO rat model were reviewed and future research was prospected.
