摘要
考查了不同温度下快硬高强硫铝酸盐水泥水化性能影响规律,从外加剂方面对其凝结性能影响规律与机理进行了分析。结果表明,快硬高强硫铝酸盐水泥早期强度受温度影响显著,当温度为-3℃时,快硬高强硫铝酸盐水泥1 d龄期内强度无增长,正温条件下,温度越低,水化程度越低,但对水化产物的种类并无影响。缓凝剂对快硬高强硫铝酸盐水泥的影响主要在1 d以内。缓凝剂CA对快硬高强硫铝酸盐的缓凝效果更明显,对凝结时间的调节效率更高,其较强的络合作用是延缓快硬高强硫铝酸盐水泥水化的主要因素。
In this paper,the influence of different temperature on the Hydration Performance of fast hardening high strength sulphoaluminate cement is investigated,and the law of influence on setting property and mechanism of the admixture are analyzed.The results show that the early strength of fast hardening high strength sulphoaluminate cement is obviously affected by temperature.When the temperature is-3℃,the strength of fast hardening high strength sulphoaluminate cement does not increase in one day.Under the condition of positive temperature,the lower the temperature is,the lower the degree of hydration is,but there is no effect on the hydration products.The effect of Retarder on high fast hardening high strength sulphoaluminate is mainly within 1 d.The retarder CA has more obvious retarding effect on it,higher regulating efficiency on setting time.Its strong complexation is the main factor to delay the hydration of fast hardening high strength sulphoaluminate cement.
