摘要
选用KDC-18型电位位移传感器与高精度数显式仪表配套使用,作为一种新型微变形测量仪测试同一标号不同龄期混凝土弹性模量,并将试验结果与传统千分表法、电阻应变片法进行对比。试验结果表明,该微变形测量仪用于混凝土弹性模量测试结果稳定、有效且测试耗用时间短、试验参与人员少、工程实用价值较高,为混凝土弹模测试仪器的改进提供了一种借鉴。
This paper selects the KDC-18 potential displacement meter with high precision digital display instrument,as a new type of micro deformation measuring instrument to test the same label and different age concrete elastic modulus,and compares the test results with traditional dial test indicator and resistance strain gauge method.Results show that the micro deformation measuring instrument in concrete elastic modulus test is effective and stable,and it costs short time and participants,and the engineering practical value is very high.This paper provides a reference for the improvement method of elastic modulus test of concrete.
