Research on Project Management Model of Infrastructure Construction in Universities

根据历年来高校基础设施建设项目经验,对高校基建项目管理模式的分类、优缺点进行了梳理,提出了高校在选择项目管理模式前需综合分析的原则和项目管理模式,为未来高校基建发展提供参考。

Based on the experience of the infrastructure construction projects in universities over years,this paper sorts out the classification,advantages and disadvantages of management model of infrastructure construction in universities,and puts forward five principles that universities need to analyze comprehensively before choosing project management model,which can provide reference for the future development of university infrastructure.
