摘要
基于社会学习理论探索无聊倾向与大学生手机成瘾的关系,本研究构建了一个有中介的调节模型,重点研究了自我控制在无聊倾向与大学生手机成瘾之间的中介作用以及同伴支持在无聊倾向与大学生手机成瘾之间的调节作用。采用大学生无聊倾向问卷、大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、自我控制量表、同伴支持量表对504名学生进行测量。结果表明:(1)无聊倾向对大学生手机成瘾具有正向预测作用;(2)无聊倾向通过自我控制的部分中介作用影响大学生手机成瘾;(3)无聊倾向与自我控制的关系受到同伴支持的调节,相对于低同伴支持的大学生而言,自我控制的中介作用对高同伴支持的大学生更显著;无聊倾向对大学生手机成瘾的影响是有调节的中介效应。
Based on social learning theory to explore the relationship between boredom and college students'mobile phone addiction,this study constructed a mediating regulatory model,focusing on the mediating role of self-control between boredom and college students'mobile phone addiction,and the moderating role of peer support between boredom and mobile phone addiction.504 college students were measured by the College Students'Boredom Tendency Questionnaire,college Students'Mobile Phone Addiction tendency Scale,Self-control Scale and Peer support Scale.The results showed that:(1)boredom tendency had a positive predictive effect on College Students'mobile phone addiction;(2)boredom tendency influenced college students'mobile phone addiction through partial mediating effect of self-control;(3)the relationship between boredom tendency and self-control was regulated by peer support.Compared with college students with low peer support,the mediating effect of self-control on college students with high peer support was mediated by self-control Moreover,boredom had a moderating mediating effect on College Students'mobile phone addiction.
