自调温沥青混合料路用性能及调温性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 选择一组密级配和一组开级配同时进行不同掺量的室内试验,探究自调温材料对沥青混合料空隙率、水稳定性能、高温稳定性以及析漏和飞散的影响规律;同时,对不同级配自调温材料沥青混合料路面进行温度观测,探究其调温幅度和边界。结果表明:随着自调温材料掺量的逐渐增多,开级配沥青混合料的空隙率不断减小且减小速率逐渐增大,稳定度先减小后增大,动稳定度逐渐减小,析漏损失基本维持在0.5%~0.6%之间;密级配沥青混合料的空隙率和动稳定度均逐渐减小,对稳定度影响较小;夏季温度高时,自调温路面自动储能吸热,降低密级配路面温度4.0℃左右,降低开级配路面温度2.0℃左右;冬季温度低时,自调温路面自动释放热量,提高路面温度约0.4~1.0℃。 A group of dense gradation and a group of open gradation mixtures have been selected to carry out different mixing amount indoor test,to explore the influence law of self-temperature-regulating materials on the void fraction,water stability,high temperature stability,run-off and dispersion of asphalt mixture.At the same time,the temperature of asphalt mixture pavement with different grades of self-temperature-regulating materials has been observed to explore its temperature regulation range and boundary.The results show that with the increase of the content of self-temperature-adjusting material,the voidage of open-graded asphalt mixture decreases continuously and the decreasing rate increases gradually;the stability decreases first and then increases;the dynamic stability decreases gradually,and the run-off loss is basically maintained in the range of 0.5%~0.6%.For dense-graded asphalt mixture,the voidage and dynamic stability decrease gradually,and the influence on the stability is small.When the temperature is high in summer,the self-temperature-adjusting pavement automatically stores energy and absorbs heat,and reduces the pavement temperature of densely graded road about 4.0℃and the pavement temperature of open-graded road about 2.0℃.While the self-temperature-adjusting road surface will automatically releases heat and increases the road temperature by about 0.4~1.0℃when the temperature is low in winter.
