玄武岩纤维沥青混合料疲劳特性试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 选用3种不同纤维长度及6种不同纤维掺量进行正交组合掺配方案设计,共18组,对Sup-20沥青混合料的路用性能及疲劳性能进行试验研究,并重点研究了混合料的疲劳性能特征并建立了疲劳寿命方程。结果表明:6mm玄武岩纤维对高温稳定性和水稳定性增强效果最优,而9mm玄武岩纤维对低温抗裂性和疲劳寿命增强效果更优;在低应变控制水平下(450uε),0.4%掺量9mm纤维长度的沥青混合料疲劳寿命最优。 In this paper,three different fiber lengths and six different fiber content were selected for orthogonal combination blending scheme design,a total of 18 groups.the experimental research of the road performance and fatigue performance of Sup-20 asphalt mixture were carried out.The research focuses on the fatigue performance characteristics of the mixture and establishes the fatigue life equation.The result shows that 6 mm basalt fiber has the best enhancement effect on high temperature stability and water stability,while 9 mm basalt fiber has the best enhancement effect on low temperature crack resistance and fatigue life.Under low strain control level(450 uε),the fatigue life of the asphalt mixture with a fiber content of 0.4%and a fiber length of 9 mm is the largest.
