摘要
为了探究水泥的加入对沥青混合料水稳定性的影响,以GAC-25沥青混合料为研究对象,开展配合比设计,确定了最佳油石比。在此基础上,以1.5%的水泥替换等量矿粉,设置掺水泥、不掺水泥两组试验对照组,通过浸水汉堡车辙试验,探究水泥对沥青混合料抗水损害性能的影响。研究结果显示:掺水泥的试验组与不掺水泥的试验组,其剥落点次数分别为1050,1000次;剥落斜率分别为0.008083,0.008253mm/次;车辙深度变化率分别为7.68,8.01mm/(1000次)。水泥的掺入有助于沥青混合料水稳定性的提高。
In order to explore the influence of cement on the water stability of asphalt mixture,GAC-25 asphalt mixture is taken as the research object and the mix design is carried out to determine the optimum asphalt aggregate ratio.On this basis,1.5%cement was used to replace the same amount of mineral powder,and two groups of experimental control groups were set up,including mixing cement and not mixing cement.The effect of cement on the water-damage resistance of asphalt mixture was investigated by immersion and Hamburg wheel tracking test.The results show that:the number of spalling points in the experimental group with cement and that without cement is 1050,1000 times respectively;the spalling slope is 0.008083,0.008253 mm/time;the change rate of wheel tracking depth is 7.68,8.01 mm/1000 times respectively.The mixing cement helps to improve the water stability of asphalt mixture.
