摘要
为了延长水泥稳定碎石的可施工时间,解决混合料远距离运输、高温天气施工、水泥凝结时间短的问题,用一定浓度的缓凝调节剂溶液替代拌合水,进行水泥凝结时间、水泥稳定粒料延迟、无侧限抗压强度试验。结果表明:采用缓凝剂和食用白糖作为缓凝调节剂都能达到延长水泥稳定粒料可施工时间的目的,采用白糖做缓凝调节剂具有更高的经济性。
In order to solve the problems of long distance transportation of mixture,construction in high temperature weather and short cement setting time,a certain concentration of retarder regulator solution has been used to substitute mixing water for cement setting time,delay of cement stabilized granule and unconfined compressive strength tests,and extend the construction time of cement-stabilized crushed stone,The results show that either retarder or edible sugar can be used as retarder regulator to extend the construction time of cement stabilized granule,yet sugar is more economically suitable to work as a retarding agent.
