社会组织在社会治理,特别是基层治理中发挥着重要的作用。社会组织以专业化建设为基本要求,能够协同政府提高基层治理水平。文章基于此,首先从现实、理论两个角度介绍了社会组织在基层治理中的应用背景,总结归纳了社会组织在基层治理中的应用意义,从组织建设滞后、应用水平不高、资金来源不稳、居民参与度低四个维度探讨了社会组织在基层治理中应用的问题,并归纳了原因,最后提出了针对性的措施。
