契约文书讹字初探——以《吉昌契约文书汇编》为例

Textual Research on the Wrong Words in Jichang Contract Documents

由于各种原因,书写者在书写契约文书时,往往会使用大量的讹字。随着契约文书的大量刊布,今人在整理契约文书时,常因疏忽其中的讹字现象而致误。通过考察契约文书中的讹字现象,可将其中的讹字细分为因形而讹的“形讹字”和因音而讹的“音讹字”。文章以孙兆霞等编的《吉昌契约文书汇编》一书为例,从中选取24则因未明“形讹字”和“音讹字”而释录有误的例子,对它们进行仔细考辨,以期对契约文书的整理工作提供些许参考。

There are many wrong words in Jichang contract documents.There are two main reasons for this:one is because of the form and the other is because of the sound.In the process of interpreting Jichang contract documents compiled by Sun Zhaoxia and others,although there are some wrong words in the book,there are still many wrong words which have not been identified,which affects the use value of the book.This paper classifies the errors in Jichang contract documents into"form errors"and"sound errors"according to their causes,and selects 12 examples to study them,so as to provide some reference for the collation of contract documents.
