地基承载力特征值概念和允许应力法不应强制推行

The Concept of Characteristic Value of Foundation Bearing Capacity and the Allowable Stress Method Should Not be Enforced

地基承载力概念和与之相随的允许应力法已在我国被强制推行近20年,即将实施的《建筑和市政地基基础通用规范》继续推行。本文对此进行分析,认为:地基承载力特征值应改成地基承载力许用值,其定义应改为具有一定安全储备的地基承载能力代表值;地基承载力验算应采用总安全系数法,在地基承载力方面应采用地基极限承载力标准值。

The concept of foundation bearing capacity and the accompanying allowable stress method have been enforced in China for nearly 20 years.The to-be-released General Code for Foundations of Buildings and Municipalities will continue to be implemented.This paper analyzed it and believes that:the characteristic value of the foundation bearing capacity should be changed to the allowable value of the foundation bearing capacity,and its definition should be changed to the representative value of the foundation bearing capacity with a certain safety reserve;The total safety factor method shall be adopted in the calculation of foundation bearing capacity,and the standard value of foundation ultimate bearing capacity shall be adopted in terms of foundation bearing capacity.
