Information technology has paid more and more attention to the concept of learning for all,and network education has been better developed.There are many advantages of decentralization,consensus mechanism,traceability and high trust in block chain technology.Based on block chain technology,this paper studies the architecture and key technologies of the universal lifelong learning service platform in Hainan Province,which promotes the block chain to have a more important position on the network learning platform.
