基于ERAS理念的围术期护理干预在脑积水患儿行腹腔镜辅助脑室腹腔分流术中的应用

Application of Perioperative Nursing Intervention Based on the Concept of ERAS in Children with Hydrocephalus Who Underwent Laparoscopic assisted Ventricle Peritoneal Shunt

目的:探讨基于加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的围术期护理干预在脑积水行腹腔镜辅助脑室腹腔分流术患儿中的应用效果。方法:将2019年1月1日~2020年1月31日收治的20例脑积水行腹腔镜辅助下脑室腹腔分流术患儿作为对照组,实施常规围术期护理干预;将2020年2月1日~2021年3月31日收治的20例脑积水行腹腔镜辅助下脑室腹腔分流术患儿作为实验组,实施基于ERAS理念的围术期护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:实验组手术时间及住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿术后Karnofsky(KPS)评分高于术前(P<0.01);实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患儿家长对护理工作的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将基于ERAS理念的围术期护理干预应用于腹腔镜辅助脑室腹腔分流术患儿,有助于缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少并发症的发生,提升护理质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing intervention based on the idea of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)in children with hydrocephalus who underwent laparoscopic assisted ventricle peritoneal shunt.Methods:A total of 20 cases of children with hydrocephalus who underwent laparoscopic assisted ventricle peritoneal shunt during January 1,2019 to January 31,2020 were as the control group,implemented conventional perioperative nursing intervention;A total of 20 cases of children with hydrocephalus who underwent laparoscopic assisted ventricle peritoneal shunt during February 1,2020 to March 31,2021 were as the experimental group,implemented perioperative nursing intervention based on the concept of ERAS.Comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results:The operation time and hospitalization days were shorter in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05);The postoperative Karnofsky(KPS)scores were higher in both groups than those in the preoperative(P<0.01);The complication incidence in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The parents'nursing work satisfaction scores were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of perioperative nursing intervention based on the concept of ERAS in children with laparoscopic assisted ventricle peritoneal shunt can help to shorten the operation time and hospital stay,reduce complications,and improve quality of nursing.
