阴虚、阳虚体质人群的面诊图像特征分析研究

Analysis and Research on Characteristics of Face Diagnosis Image of People with Yin-deficiency and Yang-deficiency Constitution

目的:探讨面诊图像特征在阴虚、阳虚体质辨识中的诊断价值。方法:采集阴虚质、阳虚质、平和质人群面诊图像等样本各4000例,采用图像处理技术分析比较其面色、唇色、面部光泽等面诊图像特征参数的差异。结果:阳虚质人群面色L值、唇色L值较平和质和阴虚质明显升高(P<0.05),阴虚质人群面色a值、唇色a值较平和质和阳虚质明显升高(P<0.05);阳虚质与阴虚质人群的面色b值、唇色b值较平和质降低(P<0.05),阴虚质面色b值、唇色b值低于阳虚质(P<0.05);阴虚质与阳虚质人群的有光泽指数均低于平和质(P<0.05);阳虚质人群面色及唇色均偏白,阴虚质人群面色及唇色均偏红,阴虚、阳虚质人群的面部光泽较平和质均较差。结论:面诊图像特征可作为阴虚、阳虚体质人群的判别标准之一,为中医体质辨识提供了重要的面诊量化参数指标。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of face diagnosis image features in the physical identification of Yin-deficiency and yang-deficiency type.Methods:4000 facial images of Yin deficiency type,Yang deficiency type,and gentleness type were collected,and the differences in facial image characteristic parameters such as complexion,lip color,and facial luster were analyzed and compared by image processing technology.Results:The L-value of Yang-deficiency type complexion and L-value of lip-color were significantly higher than those of plain and Yang-deficiency type(P<0.05);The b-value and lip color b value of Yang-deficiency and Yin-deficiency type are lower than those of gentleness type(P<0.05);The gloss index of the Yin deficiency and the yang deficiency type are lower than those of gentleness type(P<0.05);the complexion and lip color of people with Yang deficiency type are relatively whiter,and those with Yin-deficiency type are relatively redder;the facial gloss of Yin-deficiency and Yang-deficiency type people is worse than gentleness type.Conclusion:The facial image features can be used as one of the criteria for determining the Yin-deficiency and Yang-deficiency type populations,which provide an important quantified index of facial parameters for TCM constitution identification.
