摘要 选用了四种常用的农产品消解方式对菠菜和大米标准样品和实际样品进行了前处理,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪∕ICPMS对消解液的五种重金属元素(铬、铜、砷、镉、铅)的浓度进行了测定。实验结果表明,硝酸-过氧化氢微波消解法对农产品(大米、菠菜)的消解提前更彻底,回收率更高,更接近真实值,重复性更稳定。ICP-MS本身具有的检出限低、精确性高、同时可以测定多种金属元素的优点将为农产品领域中重金属检测提供更好的一种选择。 Four common digestion methods of agricultural products were used to pretreat spinach and rice standard samples and actual samples,and then the concentrations of five heavy metal elements(Cr,Cu,As,Cd,Pb)in digestion solution were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry∕ICP-MS.The results showed that the microwave digestion method of nitric acid hydrogen peroxide was more complete in advance,the recovery rate was higher,closer to the real value,and the repeatability was more stable.ICPMS itself has the advantages of low detection limit,high accuracy,and can simultaneously determine a variety of metal elements,which will provide a better choice for the detection of heavy metals in the field of agricultural products.
