智能可穿戴设备作为智能终端发展方向之一,展示出了极大的应用潜力并向社会生活的各个层面渗透。在智能可穿戴设备的应用中,获取身体数据精准化完成量化自我、人机交互方式从显式交互转向隐式交互、对身体的监控从专家依赖转向技术依赖等对身体规训的特点和蕴藏其背后的新型人机关系日益凸显,智能可穿戴设备应用的社会风险隐忧也将随之而来,其引发的个人隐私泄露与技术风险责任归属不明、人的主体地位丧失与劳动能力退化、社会生活失真与社会交往困境、数字鸿沟加深与贫富差距拉大、"数字利维坦"形成与公共安全隐患等社会风险,应引起社会足够的关注。

Intelligent wearable devices, as one of the development directions of smart terminals, have demonstrated great application potential and penetrated into all levels of social life. In the application of intelligent wearable devices, the characteristics of body discipline, such as quantitative self, implicit interaction, from expert dependence to technology dependence,and the new human-computer relationship behind them are increasingly prominent. The social risk of intelligent wearable devices,such as the leakage of personal privacy and unclear attribution of technical risks,the loss of human subject status and degradation of labor ability, the distortion of social life and social interaction dilemma, the deepening of digital divide and the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the formation of "digital leviathan" and public security risks,should be of sufficient concern to the society.
