摘要
烧胀性能是判断陶粒页岩矿石质量好坏的重要因素,矿石的化学成分、矿物成分及焙烧工艺参数决定了陶粒页岩的烧胀性能。本文以吴忠市陶粒页岩为原料,通过烧胀性能试验和化学成分测试,确定最佳工艺参数为:预热时间9min,预热温度450℃,焙烧时间8min,焙烧温度1 170℃,同时化学成分Si O_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)<85%,K2O、Na_(2)O<6%,烧失量>8%时,膨胀性能最好。陶粒页岩的焙烧工艺参数与化学成分可以作为地质人员判断陶粒页岩质量好坏的理论依据,做出吴忠市陶粒页岩是否有工业价值或能否利用的评价。
Sintering and expanding property is an important factor to judge the quality of haydite shale ore.In this paper,taking haydite shale in Wuzhong city as raw material,by the test of sintering and expanding property and and chemical composition test,the best process parameters were determined as follows:preheating time 9 min,preheating temperature 450℃,baking time 8 min,baking temperature 1170℃.At the same time,when the chemical composition of SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3) were less than 85%,K2O and Na_(2)O were less than 6%,the loss on ignition was more than 8%,and the apparent density was less than 930kg/m^(3),the good expansion property was showed.The baking process parameters and chemical composition of haydite shale can be used as the theoretical basis for geologists to judge the quality of haydite shale,and make an evaluation on whether the haydite shale in Wuzhong city has industrial value.
