摘要
海泡石作为一种新型的空气净化剂可用来吸附室内空气中的有害气体。本文利用一种简单的吸附装置来测定海泡石颗粒的吸附性能,分析了不同的吸附质气体、气体发生瓶温度、吸附温度、毛细管比速、压差等因素对海泡石颗粒吸附性能的影响。结果表明:在吸附质采用乙酸乙酯、吸附时间为初始2h、乙酸乙酯蒸气发生瓶的温度为20℃、吸附温度10℃、毛细管比速为0.65L/(min·cm^(2))等试验条件下,海泡石颗粒的吸附容量能达到184.3mg/g,且经过平行试验,误差均在允许误差范围内。该方法操作简单方便,成本低,稳定性好,为海泡石用于空气净化吸附材料提供合理的试验基础。
Sepiolite as a new air decontamination product can be used to absorb harmful gases.In this paper,the different influence factors of the adsorption capacity of sepiolite particles were analyzed with a simple adsorption device.The results show that the adsorption capacity of sepiolite particles can reach 184.3mg/g,when the adsorbate is ethyl acetate,the adsorption time is the initial 2h,the temperature of ethyl acetate vapor’s generating bottle is 20℃,the adsorption temperature is 10℃,and the capillary specific speed is 0.65L/(min·cm^(2));and after parallel experiments,results are within the scope of permissible error,this method has a simple and convenient operation,low cost and good stability,and provides a reasonable experimental basis for sepiolites to be used for air purification materials.
