摘要
本文研究了晶型、表面改性等对纳米碳酸钙性能的影响。加入0.6%山梨糖醇作为晶形控制剂和10%硫酸钡作为无机表面改性剂,采用4%硬脂酸皂、1%磷酸酯偶联剂和1%柠檬酸酯作为有机表面处理剂时,制备的纳米碳酸钙,比表面积为30.6m^(2)/g,吸油值为19.2gDOP/100g,电镜测试平均粒径为40nm,该纳米碳酸钙可替代纳米硫酸钡制备透明母粒。并用于PE薄膜制备开展了应用试验,PE薄膜具有良好的分散性,透光率可达88.9%。
In this paper,the effects of crystal form and surface modification on the properties of nano calcium carbonate were studied.When 0.6%sorbitol was used as crystal control agent and 10%barium sulfate as inorganic surface modifier,4%stearic acid soap,1%phosphate coupling agent and 1%citric acid ester as organic surface modifier,the specific surface area of nano calcium carbonate was 30.6m^(2)/g,The oil absorption value is 19.2gDOP/100g,and the average particle size is 40nm.The nano calcium carbonate can replace nano barium sulfate to prepare transparent masterbatch.The results show that the PE film has good dispersion and the light transmittance can reach 88.9%.
