干化学法结合尿沉渣法在尿常规检验中的应用价值探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨干化学法结合尿沉渣法在尿常规检验中的应用价值。方法500例尿常规检查患者,根据检查方法不同分为干化学法组(152例)、尿沉渣法组(155例)、联合组(193例)。干化学法组进行干化学法检验,尿沉渣法组进行尿沉渣法检验,联合组进行干化学法结合尿沉渣法检验。对比三组定量红细胞和定量白细胞的阳性检出率及漏诊率、误诊率、错误率。结果联合组定量红细胞阳性检出率和定量白细胞阳性检出率分别为31.09%、41.45%,均高于干化学法组的18.42%、1.97%和尿沉渣法组的16.13%、30.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的漏诊率、误诊率、错误率均低于干化学法组和尿沉渣法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿常规检验中干化学法结合尿沉渣法的应用有助于提高患者定量红细胞及白细胞的阳性检出率,同时降低漏误诊率、错误率,值得在临床进行应用与推广。 Objective To discuss the practical value of dry chemistry combined with urine sediment in routine urine test.Methods A total of 500 patients with routine urine test were divided into dry chemistry group(152 cases),urine sediment group(155 cases)and combination group(193 cases)according to different test methods.Dry chemistry group was tested by dry chemistry,urine sediment group was tested by urine sediment,and combination group was tested by dry chemistry combined with urine sediment.The positive detection rate of quantitative red blood cells and quantitative white blood cells,missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate,and error rate of the three groups were compared.Results The positive detection rate of quantitative red blood cells and quantitative white blood cells of combination group were 31.09%and 41.45%,which were higher than 18.42%and 1.97%of dry chemistry method,and 16.13%and 30.32%of urine sediment group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate and error rate of combination group were lower than those of dry chemistry group and urine sediment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dry chemistry and urine sediment in routine urine test can help to improve the positive rate of quantitative red blood cells and white blood cells,and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and error,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
