摘要
对低品位含钾砂页岩进行工艺矿物学分析,采用无氟无酸反浮选工艺开展了提质富钾试验研究,探究磨矿细度、矿浆pH值、捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量等因素对含钾砂页岩提质富钾效果的影响,从而确定最佳试验参数。结果表明,在碱性条件下,以石油磺酸钠为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,采用1粗4精浮选工艺,可获得K_(2)O品位为11.00%、回收率为65.62%的富钾产品。将低品位含钾砂页岩提纯为高钾产品,实现了提质富钾,为低品位含钾岩石矿产开发利用提供了技术依据。
A process mineralogy analysis was conducted on low-grade potassium bearing sand and shale,and the experimental study on improving quality and enriching potassium was carried out by using the fluorine-free and acid-free reverse flotation process,the effects of various factors such as grinding fineness,pulp pH value,collector dosage,foaming agent dosage on the improving quality and enriching potassium of potassium bearing sand and shale were researched,so as to determine the best parameters.The results show that:under alkaline conditions,sodium petroleum sulfonate is used as collector and 2#oil as foaming agent,the potassium rich product with K_(2)O grade of 11.00%and recovery rate of 65.62%can be obtained by one rougher-four cleaners flotation process.The low-grade potash bearing sand and shale is successfully upgraded to high-potassium products,which provides a technical basis for the effective utilization of low-grade potash bearing rock minerals.
