突发公共卫生事件下护理人员心理现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis of Psychological Status and Influencing Factors of Nursing Staff in Public Health Emergencies

目的调查突发公共卫生事件下护理人员心理现状及其影响因素。方法于2020年2月26日至2020年2月29日采用便利抽样法,通过“问卷星”网络调查平台,运用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)对河南省内及驰援武汉的1339例新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控一线的护理人员进行横断面调查,分析其心理焦虑抑郁的影响因素。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控一线的1339例护理人员中有467例(34.8%)呈现焦虑抑郁障碍阳性;统计学结果显示,刚接到通知时心情波动大、非自愿请战、担心被感染、未按规范执行专科操作、出现防护装备问题、护理患者时遇到难题、排班不满意、对疫情担忧为护理人员焦虑抑郁的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论在应对突发公共卫生事件中,护理人员不良心理情绪的产生受多方面因素影响,护理管理者可从多层面对其进行针对性心理干预,促进护理人员心理健康。

Objective To investigate the psychological status and influencing factors of nursing staff in public health emergencies.Methods From February 26,2020 to February 29,2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the influencing factors of psychological anxiety and depression among 1339 nursing staff in Henan province and Wuhan who charge on the front line of epidemic situation of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),using the questionnaire survey platform and the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS).Results There were 467 nursing staff who charge on the front line of epidemic situation of COVID-19 showed positive anxiety and depression.The statistical results showed that the risk factors of anxiety and depression were mood fluctuation,not voluntarily asking for war,fear of infection,failure to perform specialized operation according to the standard,problems of protective equipment,difficulties encountered in nursing patients,dissatisfaction with scheduling,and worrying about the epidemic situation(P<0.05).Conclusion In dealing with public health emergencies,the occurrence of nursing staff’s bad psychological emotions is affected by many factors.Nursing managers can carry out targeted psychological intervention from multiple levels to promote nursing staff’s mental health.
