重组人干扰素α2b喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病轻症的效果评价

The Effect of Recombinant Human Interferonα2b Spray in the Treatment of Hand,Foot and Mouth Mild Disease in Children

目的评价重组人干扰素α2b喷雾剂在小儿手足口病(HFMD)轻症中的治疗效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年7月在开封市儿童医院、郑州市儿童医院治疗的219例HFMD轻症患儿作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为试验组(78例)、对照组(69例)和空白对照组(72例)。空白对照组患儿接受基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗的基础上接受利巴韦林喷雾剂治疗,试验组在基础治疗的基础上接受重组人干扰素α2b喷雾剂治疗。分别于入院当天、治疗第5天采集所有患儿咽拭子标本进行肠道病毒分型,观察病原体组成情况。比较3组患儿治疗前和治疗后咽拭子样本中肠道病毒CT值变化情况,记录不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,3组患儿咽拭子标本核酸检测结果CT值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗5 d后,试验组肠道病毒转阴率[60.26%(47/78)]高于对照组[41.18%(28/68)]及空白对照组[33.33%(24/72)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后3组患儿均无头晕、恶心等不良反应出现。结论重组人干扰素α2b喷雾剂可抑制HFMD轻症患儿大部分肠道病毒复制,具有一定安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of recombinant human interferonα2b spray in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth mild disease(HFMD)in children.Methods A total of 219 patients who were diagnosed as mild HFMD in Kaifeng Children’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital Affiliated of Zhengzhou University from March 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=78),control group(n=69)and blank control group(n=69).The blank control group accepted basic treatment.The control group accepted basic treatment and ribavirin spray treatment.The experimental group accepted basic treatment and recombinant human interferonα2b spray treatment.Pharyngeal swabs of before treatment and after 5 days’treatment were collected and analyzed by enterovirus typing.The CT value of enteric general virus were compared among the three groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results There was no statistical difference in CT value of throat swab samples among the three groups before treatment.After 5 days’treatments,the negative conversion rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the blank control group and control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions among the three groups.Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα2b spray can inhibit most enterovirus replication in children with HFMD mild disease.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
