不同时期添加布拉氏酵母菌散联合三联疗法治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌感染的效果 被引量:3

Effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii Powder Combined with Triple Therapy on Helicobacter pylori Infection in Children in Different Periods

摘要 目的评价不同时期添加布拉氏酵母菌散联合三联疗法治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的效果。方法选取2017年4月至2020年4月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的150例Hp感染患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为3组。对照组接受标准三联方案(克拉霉素+阿莫西林+奥美拉唑)治疗;Ⅰ组在接受标准三联方案的同时服用布拉氏酵母菌散;Ⅱ组在接受标准三联方案结束后第1天开始服用布拉氏酵母菌散。比较3组治疗效果、治疗后Hp根除情况及不良反应发生情况。结果3组均有失访患儿,最终对照组有47例,Ⅰ组有48例,Ⅱ组有47例完成治疗及随访。3组临床有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,对照组Hp根除率低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组腹泻、纳差、恶心发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组腹泻发生率高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ组腹泻发生率高于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组纳差发生率高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ组纳差发生率高于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组恶心发生率高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ组和Ⅰ组恶心发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论标准三联方案治疗Hp感染的过程中补充布拉氏酵母菌散可有效提高患者Hp根除率,降低与治疗相关的不良反应发生率。 Objective To evaluate the effect of saccharomyces boulardii powder combined with triple therapy in the treatment of children with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in different periods.Methods There were 150 children with Hp infection admitted to children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into three groups.The control group received standard triple therapy(clarithromycin+amoxicillin+omeprazole);GroupⅠtook saccharomyces boulardii powder at the same time;GroupⅡbegan to take saccharomyces boulardii powder on the first day after receiving the standard triple regimen.The treatment effect,Hp eradication and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Results There were 47 cases in the final control group,48 cases in groupⅠ,and 47 cases in groupⅡ.There was no statistically difference in the clinical effective rate among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Hp eradication rate of control group was lower than that of groupⅠand groupⅡ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically differences in the incidence of diarrhea,anorexia and nausea among the three groups(P<0.05);The incidence of diarrhea in control group was higher than that in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.05);The incidence of diarrhea in groupⅡwas higher than that in groupⅠ(P<0.05).The incidence of anorexia in control group was higher than that in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.05);The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea in control group was higher than that in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea between groupⅡand groupⅠ(P>0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii powder can effectively improve the eradication rate of Hp and reduce the incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions.
