口腔正畸固定矫治技术与牙弓夹板治疗牙槽突骨折的临床效果对比

Clinical Comparison of Orthodontic Fixed Orthodontic Treatment and Dental Arch Splint in the Treatment of Alveolar Process Fracture

目的研究比较治疗牙槽突骨折使用正畸固定矫治技术和牙弓夹板的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的60例牙槽突骨折患者,采用随机方法将其分为两组,每组30例患者,常规组实施牙弓夹板治疗,治疗组实施正畸固定矫治技术治疗,比较两组牙槽突骨折患者的治疗效果。结果常规组牙槽突骨折患者的优良率(60.00%)显著低于治疗组(93.33%),组间差异明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的牙龈出血情况比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;且接受治疗后的治疗组牙龈出血指数显著优于常规组,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对于牙槽突骨折患者使用正畸固定矫治技术治疗效果显著,并且对牙周损伤较小,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of orthodontic fixation and dental arch splint in the treatment of alveolar process fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with alveolar process fracture were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.The conventional group was treated with dental arch splint.The treatment group was treated with orthodontic fixation and orthodontic treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate(60.00%)of patients with alveolar process fracture in the conventional group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group(93.33%)and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gingival bleeding between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable;and the gingival bleeding index in the treatment group after treatment was comparable,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic fixation and orthodontic treatment for alveolar process fracture is effective,and has less periodontal damage,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
