探讨使用CT和DR诊断隐匿性骨折的意义

目的探讨使用CT和DR诊断隐匿性骨折的意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省沈阳中大骨科医院就诊的40例隐匿性骨折患者,接受DR诊断的结果为DR组,接受CT诊断的结果为CT组,对两种诊断方式的阳性率进行比较。结果诊断后多层螺旋CT诊断检出肋骨骨折9例,腰椎骨折3例,颈椎骨折3例,足部骨折5例,胸骨骨折10例,腕关节骨折10例,检出率为100.00%,DR组患者检出率为85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT对隐匿性骨折诊断具有较高的价值,且其准确性高于DR,故在临床上应重视多层螺旋CT在隐匿性骨折中的应用。

Objective To explore the significance of CT and DR in the diagnosis of occult fracture.Methods Eighty patients with occult fracture treated in Shenyang Zhongda Orthopedic Hospital of Liaoning Province from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.40 patients diagnosed by DR were DR group and 40 patients diagnosed by CT were CT group.The positive rates of the two diagnostic methods were compared between the two groups.Results Nine cases of rib fracture,3 cases of lumbar fracture,3 cases of cervical fracture,5 case of foot fracture,10 cases of sternum fracture and 10 cases of wrist fracture were detected by multi-slice spiral CT,the detection rate was 100.00%,the detection rate of DR group was 85.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT has high value in the diagnosis of occult fracture,and its accuracy is higher than DR.Therefore,we should pay attention to the application of multi-slice spiral CT in occult fracture in clinic.
