良性前列腺增生合并糖尿病的围手术期护理体会

Perioperative Nursing Experience of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia with Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究良性前列腺增生(BPH)合并糖尿病的围手术期具体护理效果。方法于我院泌尿外科2020年2月至2021年2月入院的良性前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者中选取68例,将其随机划分为对照组与观察组,针对34例对照组患者给予围手术期常规护理,针对34例观察组患者给予围手术期优质护理,从术后并发症发生率、身体指标予以分析。结果对照组患者术后并发症总发生率9例(26.47%);护理后空腹血糖(10.13±2.52)mmol/L,膀胱剩余尿量(33.68±4.93)mL,前列腺增生症评分(16.88±2.73)分;观察组患者术后并发症总发生率2例(5.88%);护理后空腹血糖(8.26±1.94)mmol/L,膀胱剩余尿量(20.52±2.64)mL,前列腺增生症评分(10.11±1.67)分,与对照组相比,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论良性前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者,在其手术治疗期间,若能采用围手术期优质护理,可降低患者术后并发症风险,改善病症,提升护理服务质量,故而应积极推广此种护理模式。

Objective To study the perioperative nursing effect of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods Sixtyeight patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and diabetes admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.34 patients in control group were given routine nursing during perioperative period,while 34 patients in observation group were given high-quality nursing during perioperative period.The incidence of postoperative complications and physical indicators were analyzed.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was 9 cases(26.47%);fasting blood glucose after nursing(10.13±2.52)mmol/L,bladder remaining urine volume(33.68±4.93)mL,prostate hyperplasia score(16.88±2.73)points;the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2 cases(5.88%);fasting blood glucose(8.26±1.94)mmol/L after nursing,remaining bladder urine volume(20.52±2.64)mL,prostate hyperplasia score(10.11±1.67)points,compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and diabetes,if high-quality perioperative care is used during their surgical treatment,the risk of postoperative complications can be reduced,symptoms can be improved,and the quality of care services should be promoted.Therefore,this type of care model should be actively promoted.
