康复护理对肺癌术后患者肺功能及生活质量的改善效果

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Pulmonary Function and Quality of Life of Patients with Lung Cancer after Operation

目的分析康复护理对肺癌术后患者肺功能及生活质量的改善效果。方法选取2018年11月至2020年11月本院收治的84例肺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配原则,将84例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组患者均为42例。对照组患者使用常规护理措施进行护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用康复护理措施进行护理,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果经过肺功能改善效果对比分析,经过康复训练后观察组患者各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察者患者的生活质量评分明显要高于对照组,两组之间数据差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论在对肺癌术后患者的护理中,在常规护理的基础上增加康复训练,说明康复护理对肺癌术后患者肺功能及生活质量具有显著的临床效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on pulmonary function and quality of life of postoperative patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 84 patients with lung cancer in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random allocation,84 patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing measures,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing measures on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results After the comparative analysis of lung function improvement effect,after rehabilitation training,the indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observer patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with lung cancer after operation,rehabilitation training is added on the basis of routine nursing,which shows that rehabilitation nursing has significant clinical effect on lung function and quality of life of patients with lung cancer after operation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
