程序化护理措施在脑出血患者临床护理中的效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of Programmed Nursing Measures in Clinical Nursing of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨程序化护理措施在脑出血患者临床护理中的效果。方法纳入对象为本院在2020年2月至2021年1月诊治的脑出血患者,共110例,按照护理方式不同对患者分组,采用常规护理患者为对照组(55例),采用程序化护理措施患者为观察组(55例),对比两组患者并发症发生率、护理前后NIHSS评分和Barthel指数评分变化情况以及护理满意度评分情况。结果观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(5.45%vs.18.18%),有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数评分相比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数评分均明显改善,且观察组改善更加明显,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血患者实施程序化护理措施,效果显著,值得推荐。

Objective To explore the effect of programmed nursing measures in clinical nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The included subjects were 110 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital between February 2020 and January 2021.The patients were divided into groups according to different nursing methods.The patients with routine nursing were the control group(55 cases),and the patients with programmed nursing measures were the observation group(55 cases).The incidence of complications,changes in NIHSS score and Barthel index score before and after nursing,and nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.45%vs.18.18%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in NIHSS score and Barthel index score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score and Barthel index score of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control Group(P<0.05),statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of programmed nursing measures for patients with cerebral hemorrhage has significant effects and is worth recommending.
