小儿肺炎并心力衰竭的急诊精细化护理效果

Effect of Refined Nursing Care of Children with Pneumonia and Heart Failure in Emergency Department

目的在小儿肺炎并心力衰竭患者中,对其采用精细化护理的效果进行研究。方法抽取本院80例在2017年3月至2020年5月治疗的小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭的患儿进行研究,按照随机分配原则分为对照组(n=40,行常规护理)和观察组(n=40,行精细化护理)。对两组患儿的临床症状消失时间、住院时间、治疗效果和患儿家属对护理的满意度情况进行统计。结果观察组的临床症状消失时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属的护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将急诊精细化护理应用到小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭患者中,能够改善患儿的临床症状,减少患儿住院时间,减轻患儿家庭的经济负担,同时也能提高患儿家属的护理满意度,提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of refined nursing in children with pneumonia and heart failure.Methods Eighty children with pneumonia and heart failure treated in our hospital from March 2017 to may 2020 were selected for study.According to the principle of random distribution,they were divided into control group(n=40,routine nursing)and observation group(n=40,refined nursing).The nursing effect(time of clinical symptoms disappearance,hospitalization time)and the satisfaction of the family members were statistically analyzed.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05;the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);children in the observation group the nursing satisfaction of family members was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency refined nursing to children with pneumonia and heart failure can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the hospitalization time,reduce the economic burden of the family,and improve the nursing satisfaction of the family members.
