分析延续性护理干预在糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析护理中的应用效果

To Analyze the Application Effect of Continuity Nursing Intervention in Maintenance Hemodialysis Nursing of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的分析延续性护理干预在糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析护理中的应用效果。方法选择在我院接受治疗的糖尿病肾病患者68例为研究对象,时间为2017年2月至2019年2月,按照干预方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组34例,给予常规护理干预,观察组34例,给予延续性护理干预。对两组患者的护理结果进行分析。结果两组患者通过使用两种不同的护理方法进行护理,均有一定程度的好转,观察组患者的治疗依从性(94.12%)明显高于对照组(35.29%)。观察组患者的餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及血钾值均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论通过本文的研究发现,使用延续性护理干预在糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析护理中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者治疗的依从性,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuity nursing intervention on maintenance hemodialysis in diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods Sixty-eight patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital for 2 years were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the intervention method,control group(34 cases,routine nursing intervention),observation group(34 cases,continuity nursing intervention).The nursing results of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The two groups of patients were treated with two different nursing methods,and both improved to a certain extent.The treatment compliance of the observation group(94.12%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(35.29%).Postprandial 2 h blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,and blood potassium were all lower in the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion This study found that the use of continuity nursing intervention in patients with diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis nursing effect is significant,can improve patient treatment compliance,improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical application.
