心理护理对老年高血压伴抑郁症患者的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Senile Patients with Hypertension and Depression

目的探析心理护理对老年高血压(EH)伴抑郁症患者的影响。方法在2018年11月至2020年11月我院接受治疗的老年EH伴抑郁症患者中选取126例,以奇偶顺序为依据均衡分为两组,对照组(63例)行常规干预,观察组(63例)在其基础上加心理干预,分析并对比干预效果。结果经干预后,观察组HAMA评分(15.52±1.70)分、HAMD评分(18.03±2.74)分,明显低于对照组的(21.99±2.80)分、(24.97±2.76),有明显差异(P<0.05)。观察组依从率(98.41%)明显高于对照组(82.54%),有明显差异(P<0.05)。生活质量中的心理功能(63.14±3.58)分、身体功能(66.00±3.83)分、物质功能(49.96±3.26)分、社会功能(64.11±3.42)分均分别高于对照组的(45.11±3.87)分、(51.07±3.15)分、(40.24±3.04)分、(55.84±3.12)分,均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论将心理干预用于老年EH伴抑郁症患者的治疗中疗效确切,可显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁的情绪,提高治疗依从性,提升生活的质量。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on senile hypertension(EH)patients with depression.Methods A total of 126 elderly EH patients with depression who were treated in our hospital were selected and enrolled from November 2018 to November 2020.They were evenly divided into two groups according to the parity order.During the intervention,the control group(63 cases)received routine intervention,while the observation group(63 cases)received psychological intervention on the basis of the intervention,and the intervention effects were analyzed and compared.Results After intervention,the HAMA score(15.52±1.70)points and the HAMD score(18.03±2.74)points of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(21.99±2.80)points and(24.97±2.76)points,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group(98.41%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.54%),and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of mental function(63.14±3.58)points,physical function(66.00±3.83)points,material function(49.96±3.26)points,and social function(64.11±3.42)points in the quality of life were all higher than those of the control group(45.11±3.87)points,(51.07±3.15)points,(40.24±3.04)points,(55.84±3.12)points,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention in elderly EH patients with depression is effective and can significantly improve the mood of anxiety and depression,improve the treatment compliance,improve the quality of life,the application value can be expected.
