优质护理服务对老年精神分裂症患者治疗依从性、照顾者焦虑情绪和护理满意度的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing Service on the Treatment Compliance,Carer's Anxiety and Nursing Satisfaction of Elderly Schizophrenic Patients

目的观察优质护理服务对老年精神分裂症患者治疗依从性、照顾者焦虑情绪和护理满意度的影响。方法我院2018年12月至2019年12月收治的66例老年精神分裂症患者通过双盲随机法分为对照组(33例)与试验组(33例),对照组行常规护理服务,试验组行优质护理服务,比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果试验组Frankl依从量表为4级的个体(57.58%)多于对照组(30.30%),数据差异明显(P<0.05)。试验组照顾者干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分比对照组低,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。试验组患者对护理干预满意度(93.94%)高于对照组(69.70%),数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论老年精神分裂症患者优质护理服务干预效果明显优于常规护理服务。

Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing service on the treatment compliance,carer's anxiety and nursing satisfaction of elderly schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 66 elderly schizophrenics admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group(33 cases)and experimental group(33 cases)by double-blind random method.The control group received routine nursing service,the experimental group received high-quality nursing service,and the results of nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The number of individuals in the experimental group(57.58%)with 4 grades of Frankl compliance scale was higher than that in the control group(30.30%)(P<0.05).The score of SAS in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the experimental group(93.94%)was higher than that in the control group(69.70%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of high-quality nursing service for the elderly schizophrenics is better than that of routine nursing service.
