针对性护理在预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术后腹胀中的应用价值及腹胀发生率评价

Application Value of Targeted Nursing in Preventing Abdominal Distension after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Evaluation of the Incidence of Abdominal Distension

目的探究腹腔镜胆囊切除术应用针对性护理对预防术后腹胀的影响。方法本次试验对象全部选自2017年4月至2019年4月在本院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的88例患者,按照随机表法分成两组,即试验组(n=44)和对照组(n=44),对照组患者使用普通护理,在此基础上试验组选用针对性护理,对比分析两种护理模式对患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、腹胀发生率、术后肛门初次排气时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率的影响。结果试验组的术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门初次排气时间、住院时间和对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的腹胀发生率为6.82%,并发症发生率为6.82%,对照组分别为22.73%和27.27%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者应用针对性护理,可加速患者排气和恢复胃肠道,降低腹胀发生率,减少多种并发症,以加速患者康复。

Objective To explore the application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy targeted nursing effect on prevention of postoperative abdominal distension.Methods All the subjects selected from April 2017 to April 2019 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 88 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients,divided into two groups according to random method,namely,the experimental group(n=44)and the control group(n=44),control group patients with ordinary care,on the basis of the experimental group choose targeted nursing,comparative analysis of two kinds of nursing mode of patients with postoperative bowel sound recovery time,the incidence of abdominal distension,postoperative anal exhaust time first,the influence of the hospitalization time postoperative complications.Results Postoperative bowel sounds recovery time of experimental group,first time anal exhaust time,hospitalization time,compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);experimental group the incidence of abdominal distension was 6.82%,the incidence of complications was 6.82%,control group decibels was 22.73%and 27.27%,compare the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy application of targeted nursing,can accelerate the exhaust and recovery in patients with gastrointestinal tract,reduce a variety of complications,to speed up the patients recovered.
