小儿喘息性支气管炎雾化吸入治疗的康复护理措施及对患儿肺功能的影响

Rehabilitation Nursing Measures for Children with Wheezing Bronchitis by Atomized Inhalation Therapy and Their Effects on Children's Lung Function

目的研究对小儿喘息性支气管炎进行雾化吸入治疗时配合康复护理对患儿的康复效果。方法选择来我医院进行治疗的80例小儿喘息性支气管炎患儿为研究对象,时间为2019年2月至2020年4月,按随机方法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。两组患儿均选择采用雾化吸入方案进行治疗,观察组在此基础之上进行康复护理进行辅助干预,对照组配合常规护理进行辅助干预,对两组患儿经不同干预以后的效果进行评价和比较。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率、临床症状消失时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床对进行雾化吸入治疗的小儿喘息性支气管炎患儿配合康复护理能有效提升治疗的总有效率,促进患儿相关临床症状的缓解,促进患儿肺功能尽可能的康复,是一种有效的康复方法。

Objective To study the rehabilitation effect of infants with asthma inhalation bronchitis in combination with rehabilitation nursing.Motheds Eighty children with asthmatic bronchitis who came to our hospital for treatment from February 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with an average of 40 cases in each group.The two groups of children chose to use aerosolized inhalation regimen for treatment.The observation group were assisted by rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The control group cooperated with routine nursing assistance.To evaluate the effects of different interventions in the two groups of children.Results The total effective rate of treatment and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children with aerosol inhalation combined with rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the overall effectiveness of treatment,promote the relief of related clinical symptoms in children,and promote the recovery of lung function of children as much as possible.It is an effective method of rehabilitation.
