临床路径护理对子宫肌瘤患者围手术期负性情绪的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Clinical Pathway Nursing on Perioperative Negative Emotion of Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的评价临床路径护理在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期中的应用效果,旨在为子宫肌瘤患者围手术期护理干预提供参考。方法基于2019年11月至2020年11月,纳入100例子宫肌瘤手术治疗病例样本展开研究,以护理模式差异性分组,50例记作对比组(常规护理)、50例记作研究组(临床路径护理),比较护理效果。结果干预前,两组SAS、SDS评分无差异,干预后,研究组SAS、SDS评分均更低(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度98.00%较对比组86.00%更高(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤围手术期配合临床路径护理,可明显改善患者负性情绪,提升其对护理服务的满意度,应用效果及价值可观,因此,临床路径护理可作为推荐干预模式在子宫肌瘤围手术期推广、应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical pathway nursing in the perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids,in order to provide reference for the perioperative nursing intervention of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods Based on the interval from November 2019 to November 2020,100 cases of surgical treatment of uterine fibroids were included in the study.They were grouped according to differences in nursing mode.50 cases were recorded as the comparison group(routine nursing)and 50 cases were recorded as the study group(clinical pathway nursing),compare the nursing effect.Results Before the intervention,there was no difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups.After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.00%higher than that of the control group 86.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Cooperating with clinical pathway nursing during the perioperative period of uterine fibroids can significantly improve patients'negative emotions and increase their satisfaction with nursing services.The application effect and value are considerable.Therefore,clinical pathway nursing can be used as a recommended intervention mode in uterine muscles.Promotion and application of tumor perioperative period.
