基于PDCA循环的临床护理路径对脑梗死患者生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Clinical Nursing Pathway Based on PDCA Cycle on the Quality of Life of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探究基于PDCA循环的临床护理路径对脑梗死患者生活质量的影响。方法择取2018年1月至2019年12月我院脑梗死患者80例为研究对象,入院编号并随机纳入两个组别,对照组(n=40)实施常规护理,观察组(n=40)实施PDCA循环的临床护理路径,对两组患者生活质量和护理前后的神经功能缺损状况进行评估,分析临床应用效果。结果观察组护理前神经功能缺损评分与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。护理后观察组神经功能缺损评分较对照组更优(P<0.05);观察组心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、物质生活状态及综合评分与对照组相比更高(P<0.05)。结论对于脑梗死患者,临床积极实施PDCA循环的临床护理路径的效果是非常显著的,可有效改善机体神经功能缺损状态,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway based on PDCA cycle on the quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(n=40)was given clinical nursing path of PDCA cycle.The quality of life and neurological deficit before and after nursing of the two groups were evaluated,and the clinical application effect was analyzed.Results The scores of neurological deficits before nursing in the observation group were no significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05).The scores of neurological deficits in the observation group after nursing were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the psychological function,social function,physical function,material life status and comprehensive score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral infarction,the effect of clinical nursing pathway of PDCA cycle is very significant,which can effectively improve the status of neurological deficit and improve the quality of life of patients.
