结直肠癌手术患者围手术期护理中多元化康复护理的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Diversified Rehabilitation Nursing in Perioperative Nursing of Patients undergoing Colorectal Cancer Operation

目的观察结直肠癌手术患者围手术期护理中多元化康复护理的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年9月收治的74例结直肠癌手术患者为研究对象,按照患者围手术期护理方式不同分组,将其中37例实施多元化康复护理的患者作为试验组,其余37例实施常规护理的患者作为对照组,观察两组患者临床康复效果及手术指标。结果两组患者治疗总有效率及手术指标对比有差异(P<0.05),试验组优于对照组。结论多元化康复护理在结直肠癌手术患者围手术期护理指导中效果显著,可满足患者护理需求。

Objective To observe the application effect of diversified rehabilitation nursing in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery.Methods From October 2019 to September 2020 treated 74 cases of colorectal cancer surgery patients as the research object,according to the different perioperative nursing methods of patients,37 patients who received diversified rehabilitation nursing were used as the experimental group,and the remaining 37 patients who received conventional care were used as the control group,observe two groups of patients with clinical rehabilitation effect and operation index.Results There were differences in the total effective rate of treatment and surgical indexes between the two groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion Diversified rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect in perioperative nursing guidance for patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery,which can meet the nursing needs of patients.
