住院患者跌倒的护理质量控制预防措施

Nursing Quality Control Preventive Measures for Inpatients Falling

目的探究住院患者跌倒的护理质量控制与预防措施,保证住院患者的安全,提升临床护理质量。方法随机选取我院自2017年5月至2018年5月收治的住院期间患者200例纳入对照组,期间未实施持续质量改进,随机选择自2018年6月至2019年6月收治的住院患者200例作为观察组,期间实施持续质量改进,对住院治疗期间两组患者发生的跌倒事件进行统计,以问卷方法评估护理满意度与安全性。结果观察组的跌倒事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理安全性评分与满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),统计学差异明显。结论临床护理中实施持续质量控制,预防跌倒事件发生,使住院护理质量与安全性大幅提升,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the quality control and preventive measures of inpatients'falls,to ensure the safety of inpatients and to improve the quality of clinical care.Methods In our hospital from 200 patients during hospitalization from May 2017 to May 2018 admitted into the control group,did not implement continuous quality improvement period,randomly selected from June 2018 to June 2019 admitted inpatients 200 patients were used as observation groups,during the period,continuous quality improvement was implemented.The falls occurred in the two groups during hospitalization,and the satisfaction and safety of nursing were evaluated by questionnaire.Results The incidence of falls in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing safety score and satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the statistical difference was obvious.Conclusion Continuous quality control is implemented in clinical nursing to prevent the occurrence of falls,which greatly improves the quality and safety of inpatient care and improves patient satisfaction.
