常规护理+综合护理在分娩期间应用产钳术的护理干预效果

Nursing Intervention Effect of Routine Nursing+Comprehensive Nursing in Obstetric Forceps during Delivery

目的探析常规护理+综合护理在分娩期间应用产钳术的护理干预效果。方法从我院收治的行产钳术分娩产妇中随机抽取200例进行研究,时间范围在2020年3月至2021年3月。利用抛硬币的方式将200例行产钳术分娩产妇分为两组,每组100例。使用常规护理的行产钳术分娩产妇作为参照组,使用常规护理+综合护理的行产钳术分娩产妇作为实践组。分析两组行产钳术分娩产妇护理后的情绪状态、疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间、护理满意度以及产后不良情况。结果在对行产钳术分娩产妇进行护理后,实践组行产钳术分娩产妇的情绪状态、疼痛程度和疼痛持续时间均优于参照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;实践组行产钳术分娩产妇的护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;实践组行产钳术分娩产妇的产后不良情况少于参照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论在对行产钳术分娩产妇进行护理时,使用常规护理+综合护理能够维持产妇良好心态,减轻产妇疼痛程度,缩短疼痛持续时间,提高护理满意度,减少产后不良情况,推荐在护理经阴道分娩产妇时使用。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention of forceps operation during delivery under the condition of routine nursing and comprehensive nursing.Methods A total of 200 parturients undergoing forceps delivery were randomly selected from March 2020 to March 2021 in our hospital.A coin toss was used to divide 200 parturients undergoing forceps delivery into two groups,100 cases in each group.The parturients who received routine nursing care and underwent forceps delivery were taken as the reference group,while the parturients who received routine nursing care plus comprehensive nursing care and underwent forceps delivery were taken as the practice group.The emotional state,pain severity,pain duration,nursing satisfaction and adverse postpartum conditions of parturients undergoing forceps delivery after nursing were analyzed in the two groups.Results After nursing the parturients undergoing forceps delivery,the emotional state,pain severity and pain duration of the parturients undergoing forceps delivery in the practice group were better than that in the reference group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The nursing satisfaction of parturients undergoing forceps delivery in the practice group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The adverse postpartum conditions of parturients undergoing forceps delivery in the practice group were less than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Routine nursing care combined with comprehensive nursing care can maintain good mentality of parturients undergoing forceps delivery,alleviate pain severity of parturients,shorten pain duration,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce adverse postpartum conditions.It is recommended to use this nursing care for parturients undergoing vaginal delivery.
