优质护理对乳腺良性肿瘤切除患者预后的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing on the Prognosis of Patients with Benign Breast Tumor Resection

目的根据乳腺良性肿瘤切除患者的具体情况,对其实施优质护理,观察预后情况。方法根据研究需要,将2018年3月至2019年3月行切除手术的乳腺良性肿瘤患者分为两组,对34例常规组患者实施一般护理,对34例干预组患者进行优质护理。对68例乳腺良性肿瘤患者的手术前后焦虑、抑郁不良情绪、术后并发症情况、住院时间和住院费用以及护理满意度进行评价。结果在HAMA和HAMD评分方面,干预组较常规组更低,在术后并发症方面,干预组显著低于常规组,护理满意度方面,常规组低于干预组,组间比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。住院时间和住院费用比较,干预组优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺良性肿瘤切除患者实施优质护理,可以提高预后效果。

Objective According to the specific conditions of patients with benign breast tumors resection,to implement high-quality nursing and observe the prognosis.Methods According to the research needs,patients with benign breast tumors who underwent excision from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into two groups.General nursing was given to 34 patients in routine group and high-quality nursing was given to 34 patients in intervention group.Anxiety,depression,complications,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and nursing satisfaction of 68 patients with benign breast tumors before and after operation were evaluated.Results In terms of HAMA and HAMD scores,the intervention group was lower than the routine group.In terms of postoperative complications,the intervention group was significantly lower than the routine group.In terms of nursing satisfaction,the routine group was lower than the intervention group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the hospitalization time and expenses,the intervention group was better than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing for patients with benign breast tumors can improve the prognosis.
