摘要
目的分析中晚期食管癌患者中手术室人文关怀护理模式的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年5月至2019年5月收治的77例中晚期食管癌患者,随机分为参照组(n=38)、试验组(n=39),分别应用常规护理模式干预、手术室人文关怀护理模式干预,观察其临床应用效果。结果护理干预后,两组组间HAMA、HAMD评分差异显著(P<0.05);试验组生命质量各项评分与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);试验组护理总满意率与参照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对中晚期食管癌患者应用手术室人文关怀护理模式,能改善患者不良心理面貌、提升患者生命质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of humanistic care nursing mode in the operating room for patients with middle and advanced esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 77 patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a reference group(n=38)and an experimental group(n=39).They were treated with conventional nursing model intervention and operating room humanistic care nursing mode intervention,and observe its clinical application effect.Results After nursing intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing mode in the operating room for patients with middle and advanced esophageal cancer can improve the adverse psychological appearance of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
