基于二胎政策下高危孕妇的门诊人性化管理干预研究

Interventional Humanized Management Intervention of High-risk Pregnant Women Based on Second Child Policy

目的探究基于二胎政策下高危孕妇的门诊人性化管理干预效果。方法择取2018年6月至2019年6月在我院进行检查的2600例高危孕妇作为研究对象,其中2018年6-12月收治的1300例高危孕妇为对照组,开展常规护理干预,2019年1-6月收治的1300例高危孕妇为观察组,开展人性化管理干预。比较两组高危孕妇对护理管理服务的总满意度,同时记录两组高危孕妇危险因素控制有效率及五色管理变化结果。结果观察组和对照组高危孕妇对护理管理服务总满意度分别为96.00%和87.46%,差异经比较在统计学中有意义(P<0.05);观察组高危孕妇危险因素控制效果均高于对照组,且观察组绿色预警率显著高于对照组,差异经比较在统计学中有意义(P<0.05)。结论在二胎政策下为高危孕妇开展人性化管理有利于降低其高危事件风险,为母婴健康提供了有利保障,因此该种管理模式值得在临床中进行大力推广。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized management intervention in outpatients of high-risk pregnant women based on the second child policy.Methods A total of 2600 high-risk pregnant women who were examined in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as subjects.Among them,1300 high-risk pregnant women admitted from June 2018 to December 2018 were used as control group for routine nursing interventions,1300 high-risk pregnant women admitted between January 2019 and June 2019 were observed groups and conducted humanized management interventions.The total satisfaction of the two groups of high-risk pregnant women on nursing management services was compared.The effective rate of risk factors control and the results of five-color management changes were recorded.Results The total satisfaction of nursing management services in the high-risk pregnant women in the observation group and the control group were 96.00%and 87.46%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The risk factors of high-risk pregnant women in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.In the control group,the green warning rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized management of high-risk pregnant women under the second-child policy is beneficial to reduce the risk of high-risk events and provide favorable protection for maternal and child health.Therefore,this management model is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
