孕期规范化饮食运动护理管理计划对妊娠高血压患者妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Standardized Diet and Exercise Nursing Management Plan during Pregnancy on Pregnancy Outcome of Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的研究饮食运动护理管理计划干预在妊娠期高血压患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2019年12月至2020年8月接收的妊娠期高血压患者52例作为研究对象,随机将其划分成观察组和对照组,每组26例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组在常规干预基础上进行规范化饮食运动护理管理计划干预。对两组患者的妊娠结局进行比较。结果观察组子痫、产后出血、剖宫产、胎盘早剥情况发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期高血压患者护理中实施规范化饮食运动护理管理计划干预能有效的提高产妇的健康认知,缩短产程,降低并发症发生率,提高治愈疗效,值得推广。

Objective To study the application value of dietary exercise nursing management plan intervention in the nursing of pregnant hypertension patients.Methods A total of 52 patients with pregnancy hypertension received from December 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,26 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group carried out standardized diet exercise nursing management plan intervention on the basis of routine intervention.The pregnancy outcome of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of eclampsia,postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section and placental abruption in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized diet exercise nursing management plan intervention in the nursing of pregnant hypertension patients can effectively improve the health cognition of pregnant women,shorten the labor process,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the curative effect,which is worth popularizing.
