摘要
以陈小麦和陈水稻为原料,在相同的工艺条件下,采用摇瓶发酵法,对陈小麦和陈水稻共发酵乙醇效果进行初步研究,探讨了不同比例小麦的乙醇发酵效果,从而选出适合小麦乙醇大生产的工艺条件。结果表明,添加20%的小麦,在不改变生产工艺的条件下,对生产影响不大。
In this study, wheat and rice stocked for many years were used as raw materials to produce ethanol. Under the same technical conditions, the fermentation effect of co-fermentation of different ratios of wheat and rice was explored by using the shake-flask fermentation method. The results showed that, the addition of 20 % wheat had no significant impact on the production of ethanol.
