A型肉毒毒素注射胸锁乳突肌改善颈部形态

The morphological improvement of neck with botulinum toxin A injections into the sternocleidomastoid muscle

目的观察A型肉毒毒素注射治疗胸锁乳突肌肥大致颈部形态不良求美者的临床效果。方法自2020年6月~12月,随机选择16例双侧胸锁乳突肌肥大的女性求美者,详细检查后,评估该肌肉的位置、形态及对颈部轮廓的影响,采用A型肉毒毒素行胸锁乳突肌肌内注射治疗,观察术后2周、1个月、4个月的治疗效果。结果16例求美者在术后3个随访时间点观察,胸锁乳突肌呈不同程度的肌力减弱,肌肉体积缩小,颈部轮廓得到改善。在注射后2~4天开始出现肌肉收缩力减弱,1个月左右效果达到高峰,4个月时效果仍满意。本组16例求美者治疗后,均未出现吞咽困难和发音障碍等并发症。结论应用A型肉毒毒素行胸锁乳突肌肥大的注射治疗,安全有效,可以得到明确的颈部轮廓美化的效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of botulinum toxin A injections into the hypertrophic sternocleidomastoid muscle of the patients with unaesthetic cervical contour.Methods Sixteen female patients with bilateral sternocleidomastoid hypertrophy were selected randomly,the shape,location and effect on the cervical contour of muscles were evaluated and diagnosed after careful examination.Botulinum toxin A was injected into the sternocleidomastoid muscles and the aesthetic effect was observed in two weeks,one month and four months after the injection respectively.Results The myodynamic weakness and volume decrease of the sternocleidomastoid muscles in various degree,together with the aesthetic improvement of the cervical contour,were observed at the three points in follow-up.The strength of muscular contraction began to weaken in 2 to 4 days,arrived at the peak in about one month after the injection,and the effect was still satisfactory in four months.No dysphagia and dysarthria were observed in all sixteen patients.Conclusion Botulinum toxin A injections into the hypertrophic sternocleidomastoid muscle can definitely enhance the cervical contour effectively and safely.
