微针注射透明质酸治疗敏感性皮肤的效果及其对皮肤屏障功能的效果观察

Clinical observation on the safety and effectiveness of hyaluronic acid in repairing skin barrier function

目的观察透明质酸经微针注射及外用对敏感性皮肤的皮肤屏障功能的效果及安全性。方法入选2020年5月~2020年10月在长沙美莱医疗美容医院非手术中心就诊的敏感性皮肤的30例患者。患者均透明质酸微针导入治疗。结果痊愈2例,显效15例,有效13例,无效0例,总有效率为100%。患者主观感受及客观体征均较治疗前明显改善,乳酸刺痛实验阳性率及TEWL值较治疗前降低,皮肤含水量较治疗前升高。结论微针导入透明质酸能有效修复敏感性皮肤患者的皮肤屏障,有效恢复皮肤屏障功能。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of hyaluronic acid(HA)through microneedle injection combined with topical application for replenishing and maintaining skin moisture and restoring skin barrier function.Methods From May 2020 to October 2020,30 patients with sensitive skin diagnosed in the non-surgical center of Changsha Meilai medical beauty hospital were selected.Each patient received hyaluronic acid microneedle introduction and external application..Results Two cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,and 0 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 100%.The positive rate of lactic acid tingling test and TEWL value were lower than before treatment,and the skin water content was higher than before treatment.Conclusion Hyaluronic acid can effectively repair the skin barrier of patients with sensitive skin and restore the function of skin barrier effectively.
