口腔颌面部缺损围术期护理中信息共享平台的构建与应用

Construction and application of information sharing platform in perioperative nursing of oral and maxillofacial defects

目的探讨口腔颌面部缺损围术期护理中信息共享平台的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~2021年2月本院收治的88例口腔颌面部缺损患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组采取常规围术期护理,观察组实施基于信息共享平台的围术期护理。对比两组术后并发症(皮瓣局部坏死、血管栓塞、血管痉挛、皮下血肿、感染以及语言功能、咀嚼功能恢复欠佳等)发生情况、疼痛情况,并比较住院时间、创面愈合时间及护理服务满意率。结果观察组术后总并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后疼痛VAS评分在组间、时间、交互方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组术后24h、48h的疼痛VAS评分均高于术后2h(P<0.05),两组术后48h的疼痛VAS评分均低于术后24h(P<0.05),观察组术后24h、48h的疼痛VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理服务满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对口腔颌面部缺损实施基于信息共享平台的围术期护理,可减少术后并发症发生,减轻患者术后疼痛感,缩短住院时间及创面愈合时间,并可提高护理服务满意率,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of information sharing platform in perioperative nursing of oral and maxillofacial defects.Methods 88 patients with oral and maxillofacial admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2021 were selected,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group received perioperative nursing based on information sharing platform.The incidence of postoperative complications(local necrosis of skin flap,vascular embolism,vasospasm,subcutaneous hematoma,infection and poor recovery of language functions and masticatory function)and pain were compared between the two groups,and the length of hospital stay,wound healing time and satisfaction rate of nursing service were compared.Results The incidence rate of total postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in VAS score among groups,time and interactions(P<0.05),and the pain VAS scores at 24h and 48h after operation in two groups were higher than that at 2h after operation(P<0.05),and the pain VAS scores at 48h after operation in two groups were lower than that at 24h after operation(P<0.05),and the pain VAS scores at 24h and 48h after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing service in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of perioperative nursing based on information sharing platform for oral and maxillofacial defects can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,relieve postoperative pain,shorten the hospitalization time and wound healing time,and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing service,which has clinical application value.
